>Print quality is superior in
comparison to conventional Flexographic printing. The ink is actually
cured via UV on top of the print surface instead of absorbing into the
print surface. The appearance is close to UV screen print inks for
opacity, durability and chemical and abrasion resistance. To appreciate
the excellence of UV Flexographic printing it is a must to examine print
samples. Note that printing on films and vinyls is also greatly enhanced
with this process. Our largest press prints up to eight colors and has a
web width of 13.5". Close registration is obtained with state of the art
tension controls and equipment. Other capabilities include liner printing;
laminating; finishing in rolls, sheets or fanfold; film, vinyl and paper
converting and in line video registration systems. This printing process
is our fastest for running and set-up which supports the ability to price
competitively. Impressive can also run water base inks using conventional
drying to produce labels in which durability is not an issue such as
mailing and shipping labels.
